Who We Are

We are a Nursing Agency, Domiciliary Care Provider, and Supported Living Facility, proudly serving communities across Lancashire. Our mission is to provide safe, high-quality, and person-centred care services that support individuals to live fulfilling lives, either in their own homes, in supported accommodation, or within healthcare facilities.
Mavon Care is made up of a dedicated team of professionals who bring a wealth of experience from across the health and social care sector. From qualified Registered Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers, to our supportive management and coordination team, every member of staff plays a vital role in delivering outstanding care.
We recruit and train our staff carefully, ensuring they share our values of compassion, integrity, and respect. Each member of our team is fully vetted and receives ongoing training to meet the needs of the people we support.
Our Approach
We take a person-centred approach to care. This means we listen carefully, treat each individual with respect, and work in partnership with families, professionals, and commissioners to ensure care is tailored to each person’s needs and preferences.

Whether we are providing support for daily living, staffing for healthcare facilities, or a safe supported living environment, we always prioritise the wellbeing, independence, and rights of those in our care.
